Hello!

I have a question about call transfering.

My situation:

Call from 4 external numbers comes to "phone 1" if no answer - it comes to "phone 2" - IP DECT phone.

On "extension 1" I have 4 SIP accounts, every external number calls to different SIP extension on the phone - I see from what external numbers call comes.

But on "phone 2" I have one SIP account - if there some possibility to transfer call from "phone 1" to "phone 2" but with different Caller ID (for example "line 1" "line 2" etc.)

Thanks in forward.

Hello,

callerid remains the same for the entire time. The reason is that you can always see who called you and are able to call back.

Perhaps you could take advantage of the routing prefixes and prepend incoming calls with a distinct number. For example, number *1 for the 1st SIP account, *2 for the 2nd one, etc. You would also need to setup outbound routes with the same prefixes so that you can call back.

Best
Filip
