I am using Kerio connect 8.1.3

got two new asus laptop, with win 8 and office 2013H&B, when configuring the Kerio account, mailbox synchronization complete and I can see my old inbox/sent and my custom folders.

but I can't see my contact/calendar, and I am getting lot of error msg during synchronization, "Unable to synchronize a message!".

look like those msg associate with contact/calendar.
those account work before (on old pc)with win 7 and office 2010 H&B, no issue.

I already made empty cache few time, create new profile, none of this didn't help, I do have two users working on win 8 (brand new user on Kerio), with office 2013 H&B, but no issue...

Those two machine (with the problem) are upgraded from office 2010, maybe that can help?

More info:
1. On web no problem, can see all contact and calendar.
2. On outlook we don't see contact or calendar.
3. When trying to create new contact it failed. "The item cannot be saved to this folder. The folder was deleted or moved, or you don't have permission..." (see attach pic)
4. On web when checking the permission on contact/calendar those user belong to administrator.

What can be the problem?

attached two files:
1. pic when try to create contact from ms outlook 2013 H&B
2. and debug.log when receiving ""Unable to synchronize a message!".

Regard

Hi Pony,

First of all, I presume that there are no quotas applied to the mailbox?

It might be worth deleting the user's profile in Outlook 2013; then stopping the Kerio server.

Locate the __keriomapi__STORE folder in the user's mail folder on the server. (Usually this is in:
\Kerio\MailServer\store\mail\<domain>\user\) Also delete the journal.db file and specguid.fld file in the same location.

Restart Kerio and create a new Outlook profile for the user.

If that doesn't work I would recommend that you open a support ticket, in order that we can investigate more thoroughly.

You can submit a new ticket here:

Just follow the wizard.

I hope this has helped.

Best regards,

Neil.

Thank you! But the link you posted is for Click-to-run Office? We're using the traditional Office (installed from CD). I don't think that update will work for us?

in that case, on office 2013, go to file => office account, and make sure you got update (15.0.4551.1005).

I also use installed from cd on few win8 machine, and got the same error, I found the solution when I decided to use Click-to-run Office.

after that I install (15.0.4551.1005) on all my traditional office and... Smile
