Hello,
On kerio connect 8.0.0 Build 639, I have a user when she removes her mails, messages do not appear in the Trash. I tried re-indexing server-side and client-side without any result. have you any idea?
Sincerely,
Elminio

Hi Elminio,

A couple of things - first off I would recommend that you upgrade to the current version of Kerio Mailserver - 8.1.3

Can I also ask which email client she is using? And how is the client connecting - IMAP or Exchange?

Best regards,

Neil.

The client is Outlook 2010 and for client connection is used Kerio Outlook Connect version 8.

OK - Can you check using Kerio Connect Webmail - do the messages appear in the Trash there?

OK.

Try emptying the Cache on the user side, and if necessary reindex the user's mailbox through the Kerio Connect Webadmin interface.

If that doesn't work, I would recommend that you raise a support ticket so that we may deal with your problem more effectively.

Best regards,

Neil.
