Hello and good morning,

I now have a problem again. After some time, our computers can not resolve the network connections (for example). If I turn off the Kerio Control Server and the computer is rebooting everything again. As soon as I turn on the server again, the problems go off again after a certain time.
I can appeal to the network links by IP address and connect but not as the? \ \ ServerA \ username

Does ne idea what that might be? Somehow there does not seem to be working with the resolving via DNS.

Hi, Grun99,

Have you followed the recommended configuration for DNS in this KB article?:

http://kb.kerio.com/1345

If so, then it would be worth checking the error and warning logs for clues.

Best regards,

Neil.

Can I turn on the Kerio server control the DNS server? Since we already have a DNS server through the Windows domain server on the network, which apparently collide.

That KB article will advise you how to setup Kerio Control DNS and forwarding DNS requests to the Windows Domain controller. And how to bind the Kerio Control to Active Directory.

If configured correctly, it should work.

Best regards,

Neil.
