Hello all,

I have a customer who has told me that some users' free/busy info is grey, while others are working. Any ideas what would cause this?

They are all active users. I have read about new users needing to login first to create the Calendar folder, but that doesnt apply here.

Thoughts?

Hi,

When you say grey do you mean the 'Not Available' status for the free/busy? If so have a look to see if those users have the SSL cert installed on their machine, because if the SSL cert is not installed then KOFF/Outlook cannot publish the free/busy or retrieve free/busy either.
