Hi, I'm using Kerio Connect 8.0.2 build 1117 and my the mails are stuck in the queue for a long time displaying status "4.4.1 Cannot connect to remote host", and keep sending bounced back messages to the sender address.

Can anyone has the !dea to resolve this issue?

Thanx in Advance!

If none of your mails are going out, you have a connectivity problem. Try to ping google.com from the Kerio Connect Server. Does that work?

If only some mails don't go out, the recipient's mail server is not responding and normally it will work after a while.

I agree with freakinvibe, but would add that it is possible that the recipient's mailserver may be rejecting your connections - in which case check to see if you are on a blacklist.

Best regards,

Neil.

I've checked everything, the ports are accessible, internal emails are working and emails from outside are receiving as well, but the only problem is that the emails are not going outside besides the Local Clients.

Then take a look in your error log - that should give you some clues.

Can you ping/tracert an external machine from the KC server?

Use your Debug log to see if you can get a better idea of what is going on. Or you can look up on Google how to use telnet to interact directly with the remote mail server, typing in the commands by hand to see what is happening.
