I think I am missing something simple...

How can I easily view all DID numbers that are routed to a specific extension?

Thanks,

ft.

I'm assuming the Call Routing->Incoming Calls panel is not sufficient? Unfortunately, it is a DID->Extension mapping, instead of Extension->DID, which requires some work to get the relationship you are requesting.

There is probably a way to script it if you have SSH access. Though, the script would take some time initially.

OK... glad I didn't miss something obvious Smile

For me it would be useful to have one (or more) of the following options:

a. Have a new Inbound #'s column in Configuration > Extensions which can be searched using the search box already on that page.

b. Have a search box in Configuration > Call Routing

c. Allow the Configuration > Call Routing > External/Internal Mapping column to be sortable.

Many thanks,

ft.
