I am correct in understanding that the archive feature only works for emails in a user's account and not public folders?
My situation is that we create a lot of public folders, one for each new project, and we have hundreds to date. The problem is that when a project is complete, I want to archive just the contents of that particular public folder to free up space on the server. The only way I have been able to do that is to:
- Stop Kerio
- move the public folder to another location, in this case another network share
- reindex the public folder store
- restart Kerio

while this works, it's tedious and the "archived" emails now become just individual .eml files without any metadata to help with searching later on.

Does anyone have any better suggestions?

thanks!

Hi,

Whilst we can't formally endorse this product, we have many customers (Especially in Germany), who use it very successfully:

Thank you Neil,
I will definitely contact them and check out their free webinar. Would you happen to know off the top of your head if it works with public folders?
