I am installing polycom IP321 to my Kerio Operator.

I have 6 phones installed, and the phones I installed after that will not register.

The working phones all have an IP in the table of the provisioned phones and the not
working phones have the status not registered.

could this be a license problem?

I have a version for 10 users and only 9 installed.

I reflashed one of the phones without positive result.

Idea anyone?

Kind regards
Arnold

There is a user and extension (3 * user) limit. Have you checked both?

You should also make sure the IPs of those phones aren't blocked. This can happen if there was a misconfiguration for some period of time.

Hi,

What version of Operator and firmware of the Phones do you have?

Does the phone display the extension number, meaning has it been provisioned with the configuration?

Have you seen any notification regarding blocked ip addresses? Check the security screen in Operator.

If life was as simple as this Smile

In the list op blocked IP addresses were two IP addresses in the Phone range,
I unblocked them and now the phones work fine.

All of you, thanks for the advise and solution.

Kind regards
Arnold
