I am using KOC Offline and Outlook 2013. I cannot seem to access public folder or the global address book.

I am logging in as a user from a "non primary" domain.
I check the permissions on the folder they are set to "server everyone can view".
Version 8.1.3 1711 of the KOC Offline Connector

Please advise.

Hi,

Can I confirm that you have configured your public folders for multiple domains as specified in this KnowledgeBase article?:

No. The problem is that I have the top level 'Public Folders' folder locked down because of the way the permissions are inherited. I will have to think of a work around I guess.

Thanks.

I cannot open up the top level folder. That defeats the purpose of all the security setup below that since the top level permissions are inherited.
