Hi folks,

I've changed the PBX services from 81, 82, ... to 801, 802, ... but:
After dialing 80 the phone says: "Not found" Sad

Any ideas?

Reboot the phone so that it updates it's dialplan.

Hi Filip,

had already rebooted the phone but did it once again:
No change Sad

Did I miss something?

Well, it looks like the phone dials the number before you enter all digits. This is usually caused by a wrong dialplan. What phone is it?

Could you please send me <fjenicek<_at_>kerio.com>:
1. Support info file - link at the bottom of the System Health screen
2. Phones configuration - right click the phone and select Download configuration.

Thank you,
Filip

It's a snom 760 and I've done the restart on the phone itself 'cause I don't wanted all phones to immediately restart. Does that make any difference?

The requested files are sent Smile

Issue is solved.
There was a provisioning file left on the tftp from previous testing.
Sorry for that.
