Hi Community,

Is it possible to globally disable to the "Synchronization failed" Bounce Email?

We have users getting 50-60 messages per day, caused of some elements migrated from another mailsystem, and I just want to drop these messages, but I cant fix all these imported messages.

Thank you very much!

Hi Guizoo,

I am assuming you are referring to the sync failure emails with the Kerio Offline Connector in Outlook. In which case no you cannot disable the sync failure emails sadly. This may be something you want to list as a feature request to have a way of disabling certain messages. You can list this request via the Web Admin as there is a button on the main page that says 'Suggest Idea' and this is the best place for you to list this for the developers to see.

All the best,
Vicky
