Dear Kerio,

Is it possible to disable keys input in autoattendat, to force users listen an announcement?

i have 2 announcement so basically 2 attendants, one is a must ... everyone have to listen it, and second autoattentad must be interactive

Hi,

The input keys cannot be disabled. As you mention, the possible solution is to use two scripts: the first one would have no input, it would just play the announcement and then dial the second script as the default action at the end.

Thank you Vladimir, i have found another solution. As when you use a script with announcement and no key input happens this:
user click any key, announcement plays from a begging

I made another solution :

Create a call queue with no agent, set an announcement for no agents, forward at the end to auto attendant script

This way, announcement plays ok, even if user will click keys (It allows to listen announcement to the end)
