Hi,
I installed Kerio Control 8.1.1 patch1. I have a windows server 2003R2 SP2 Domain Controller.
when I want to join the kerio control to my domain it says error while connecting domain: Logon Failure
I installed another Active Directory for testing this problem (WinServer2012) and it worked. I think the problem is from my active directory, can anyone help me?

Hello,

Have tried creating a new user just for matter of testing?

If you check the Event Viewer logs on your DC is there any related error that might help?

All the best,
