We have switched over to gmail for our school e-mail system. I have had a dual delivery system in place until everyone was over. I'm ready to shut down Kerio but wanted to keep it open unless someone needs an e-mail or note.

Is it possible to stop Kerio from being to able to send/receive new e-mails but still allow users to login to see past e-mails?

Blocking it at the firewall or shutting down SMTP services I guess would do the trick.

This is a little more complicated, but do-able:

Change the domain name in Kerio to something not listed. i.e. from 'mydomain.org' or 'mydomain-old.org'. See this link.

Modify the domain settings to forward unknown recipients (which would be 'mydomain.org' to a Google Mail IP address. This is a domain setting, explained here.

Modify all users to "user can send/receive from own domain only".

Good is better than evil because it's nicer
