I have Kerio Operator 2.0.0 and I am trying to move to 2.1.4

The upgrade is failing, giving out errors during, and after the upgrade while booting, and eventually, the interface stops at the usual Kerio Operator screen, but with an error message ksystemhealthd failed to start.

I have reverted to the snapshot before the upgrade, and tried the upgrade again, both via the download via the interface and even downloaded the upgrade image and uploaded it manually. Everything has the same result.

Is it possible that it's too much of a version difference? Maybe I need to go to an interim version before I move to 2.1.4? Kerio does not make old versions available as far as I know so I couldn't test.
