We have 32-bit Kerio Connect 7.4.3 running on 64-bit Windows Server 2008 R2.

I am preparing to upgrade to Kerio Connect 8.2.0 tonight, and would like to move to the native 64-bit version. However, I have a question about the auto-update of KOFF.

We have a mix of 32-bit Windows XP clients and 64-bit Windows 7 clients running 32-bit Outlook 2010 with KOFF. As I understand it, the 32-bit version of KOFF is required for 32-bit Outlook clients, regardless of whether the underlying Windows OS is 64-bit or 32-bit.

Is that correct? And will the 64-bit Kerio Connect 8.2 server automatically detect and distribute the correct version of KOFF to both types of clients?

Given the number of Windows/Outlook clients to be updated, I need the auto-update to work. It will not be practical to manually update KOFF on each workstation.

Thanks,

Yes, it is. It depends on Outlook version (32/64-bit).

Yes it will. Server provides correct version for KOFF update, depending on previous KOFF version. It does not depend on what OS or platform the server runs.

We receive the error 1325 when upgrade KOFF. What is the best way to solve this?
