Hi

Has anyone got any softphone with windows phone 8?

I'm trying Linphone but does not authenticate with Kerio Operator

Hi,

have a look at the knowledge base articles about configuring softphones. Maybe you will find one that is similar to Linphone.

the configuration of this software is very simple but for some reason authentication error occurs.

You could use the built-in packet sniffer (under Configuration > Network) to capture the communication and then analyze it in Wireshark/Ethereal to see what's going on.

I captured the data, you think I should open a ticket?

If you know how to use Wireshark, you can analyze the capture yourself. Simply open the file and enter "sip" in the filter field or use the "Telephony > VoIP calls" tool. If you are not successful with it, send the packet dump and your support information file (from the System Health screen in Operator) to me at vtoncar at kerio dot com.
