I have an issue where a customer (also using Control) is part of a Comcast network and they don't allow bridging on their modems. The fix is to use DMZ and point it to the Control interface. This works great, but randomly Comcast changes their IP address, essentially breaking voice in Operator.

Can Operator have a built in feature to continually update the public IP address?

Once every 2 hours would most likely be sufficient, or also have a checkbox that we can turn on if we choose to?

Thanks!

Hi,

it is currently not possible. I have added a feature request to our systems, but I can't promise anything.

Meanwhile, we could build a configuration hook to do it. Please contact me via email <fjenicek<_at_>kerio.com>.
