I had to remove >100.000 eml files from the queue because one of our mail accounts was used by a spam bot. I moved all the files from the queue to a directory outside the store/queue to prevent being send.

With shell scripts, I have removed the outgoing spam messages. Is there a way to resend the other .eml / .env? I've put them back in de queue but Kerio doesn't pick them up and they are not processed.

Hi Markvb,

Where in the queue have you tried dropping them in? Try the following:

1. Stop Kerio Connect
2. Drop a few of the eml/env files into the root of the 'Queue' folder
3. Start Kerio Connect

By stopping/starting Connect it forces Connect to re-load the queue so it should then find those emails. Give that a try and see if that helps.

All the best,
Vicky

Tx Vicky for your prompt respons. I had dropped a few eml/env files in different folders (/queue/00, /queue01), but didn't restart the mailserver. I will give it a try!
