After upgrading to Kerio 8.2, I can no longer view my colleague's calendar in the OS X 10.8.5 Calendar.app.

This colleague no longer appears for me in Calendar > Preferences > Accounts > [my account] > Delegation.

I can, however, still view his calendar in the Kerio Connect Client webmail interface. And I can still view his calendar via iOS 7 on both an iPad and an iPhone 5s.

On my Mac, I tried deleting my account from the Calendar.app preferences, then re-adding this account by using the Kerio Connect Account Assistant. No change.

Naturally I'm concerned that this will be an issue for the other 100+ users on this server.

What can I do to resolve the issue?

I didn't receive any notification from the server, asking me to decide which shared, public or delegated folders should be visible in my CalDAV client. So I went to the Kerio Connect Client and updated my preferences in "Folders to sync", to include my colleague's calendar. This merely adds his calendar to my list of calendars, but doesn't show me any existing events on his calendar. This is insufficient.

I finally received a notification from the server, maybe three hours after the upgrade, asking if I'd like to access my colleague's shared calendar. After I accepted, I can now see and edit his calendar events again. Curious that it took so long.

Hi Brandon,

There was probably a lot of backend database upgrading going on post-upgrade.

All the best,

Neil.
