I'd like to enable DKIM and if I understand correctly the public key needs to be entered on our domain's dns. I'm wondering if anyone knows how to deal with this on cpanel? There is an option to enable DKIM but if you do, it just says dns test passed and I can't see any option to enter or edit the key. I can't see it on the advanced dns editor either.

Hi Beachmat,

This article may help:

http://elasticemail.com/api-documentation/cpanel

You should note the comment about contacting your ISP if "Advanced DNS Zone Editor" is not available.

I hope this helps.

Best regards,

Neil.

I had to generate shorter keys with the DKIM wizard. I entered the public key on DNS, then stopped Connect and replaced the contents of private.key with the generated private one. When I restarted Connect however it crashed. It did restart itself but it's still saying the public key is wrong.
