After upgrading to Connect 8.2, I'm seeing message that should be plain text opening in Webmail looks like this:

Tags With UNAUTHORIZED Headings

Produced on Tue Oct 15 11:47:57 2013

1 100: 1 : |aAllen, Alfred H.|?UNAUTHORIZED
1 100: 1 : |aBest, William Thomas,|d1826-1897.|?UNAUTHORIZED
1 100: 1 : |aBooth, Colin.|?UNAUTHORIZED
1 100: 1 : |aBorchardt, Susan.|?UNAUTHORIZED
1 100: 1 : |aBrockhoff, Frederick J.,|d1889-|eauthor.|?UNAUTHORIZED
7 100: 1 : |aBrumbaugh, David,|eauthor.|?UNAUTHORIZED
1 100: 1 : |aCabarrocas, Jos*e M.,|eauthor.|?UNAUTHORIZED

But, when opened in Outlook, looks like this:

&nb=p; Tags With U=AUTHORIZED Headings &=bsp; &nbs=;

I'm thinking that Outlook Express and Outlook 14 are opening the message as if it's HTML, or ?

Since this is a new behavior after updating to Connect 8.2, I'm looking for some insight here.

Can anyone help? Thank you!

Michael
