Using Kerio Connect 8.1.3 off line connector and outlook 2013 on a new terminal server. Outlook preview pane much slower for one user than other users. I have tried attaching email to another users windows profile. Opening an email, closing and reopening the same email is still delayed. I have tried recreating the outlook profile. I have started outlook in safe mode.

Hi, the first check would be the number of emails in the folder you are currently viewing. If it is greater than 10,000 that could well be the problem.

Are you able to check the same using Webmail?

If that is slow as well, and the folder doesn't contain too many messages, it would be worth re-indexing the user's mailbox via the server webadmin.

If there is still a problem, I would recommend that you open a support ticket so that we can investigate more thoroughly.

I hope that helps.

Best regards,

Neil.

The user only has about 50 emails in the inbox alow with 40 folders. The delay does not exist in the web interface. I have also upgraded to 8.2 and user is seeing the same problem
