We have Kerio 8.1.1 on a remote site running in a Hyper-V VM. It's joined to our AD domain but suddenly today people are getting username/password prompts to log in to the Proxy and I've noticed an error on the Domains and User Login page: Cannot contact domain controller right now.

If I click the Test Connection button it comes back OK, and I can ping the Domain controllers and domain name from the IP tools page. DNS lookup also returns the correct information. I tried manually specifying the DC in the connection section but with no change.

What's wrong and how can I solve it?

1)Re-join kerio rig to the domain.
2)Check the reading account have valid not obsolete password
3)Set IP of domain controller manually
