Hi,

I am trying to setup delegation in our organisation.

Next to our primary domain with all the users we have a few mailboxes in another domain.

We want to use the delegate permission to give control to those mailboxes too. But when I try to setup the delegation options it says that delagation only works with users within that domain.

Is there a workaround for this?

Hello Michel,

You should still be able to do this by logging in using the old webmail interface, and sharing the mailbox through there.

I hope this helps.

Best regards,

Neil.

Hi, with the old webmail interface I can indeed share the folders.

But it would be great if this can be done from the new delegation options as users can also send mail with that mail address too.

Will this be added in a future version?

Hi Michel,

To be on the safe side, please use the "Feedback" button on the Kerio Connect version of webmail to suggest the feature is reinstated.

Many thanks,

Neil.
