I run a typical configuration. My mail server sits on a subdomain e.g. mailserver.website.com which then uses DNS to point to our kerio connect server (A record).

If the internal mail server doesn't have a particular address, it forwards to the external host by IP address. I have some distribution lists on there, and some users are only on the main external web server.

We recently changed web hosts and the new one is rejecting mail forwarded from kerio connect because it thinks it's sending spam. Gives a bad HELO.

I've tried numerous routes, including using an authenticated relay, but nothing works. I contacted the web host and they say it's 'policy' and there's nothing they can do to change it. I've been with them for about 10 years, might have to move. The host is UKWSD, and apart from this issue I've been mostly happy with their service. The only way round is to change the SMTP to use their own server directly, which is really cumbersome, and not possible if the user has outlook 2003.

HELP!
