Hi All,

Since upgrading to 8.2, none of my 10.8.5 users are able to create a default reminder in Calendar any more. We have gone through the settings and made sure it's set to create a default alert, but when you generate a new entry the alert is missing.

It seems to hold ok if you set an alert manually but that obviously isn't ideal.

I'll create a support ticket, but I just wanted to see if anyone else had run into this before I do.

Just for the record, we're having the same problem in Kerio 8.2.0 with OS X 10.8.5 clients using Apple Calendar.

The alert default doesn't stick, although alerts that are set manually work. I'll also post a ticket.

By the way, I just tested it in OS X 10.9 and the problem persists.

I'm surprised more people aren't complaining about this. It's a pretty serious issue. If you are seeing this, please report the bug to Kerio. I'm actually really happy with Kerio Connect 8.2.1. I just want those default alerts to stick and then we're golden. Here's the bug report page:
