I have a client whose iPhone has sent dozens upon dozens of "accept" invites to two of the six people in the meeting. i've found one other discussion on this dating from 2008-2009. is anyone else experiencing this recently?

This is caused by a bug in iPhone (iOS).
There are two workarounds: do not synchronize shared calendars to iPhone or use CalDAV instead of Exchange ActiveSync.

good morning,

we're having the same problems since a few days.
just switched from caldav to exchange several weeks ago, after update to ios7.

can we expect a bugfix by apple?

theses are extracts from our error.log:

why did we change caldav to exchange:
- we use a lot of shared calendar
- using caldav, there's no way to sort theses calenders by coloring them
- using exchange, there is only one profile on the users iphone
- same issues for using contacts

not synchronizing shared calendars is no option
switching back to caldav would be kind of an emergency solution
