Is it possible to ...

1) Allow any extension in group 100 to only dial extensions 100, not 200s or 300s
2) Allow anybody to make calls to any area code?

I am trying to divide an Operator into separate groups of 100, 200, 300 but each group can NOT be able to dial each other. Hopefully including paging, but I could always just turn off paging and not allow it at all.

But obviously anybody in these three groups needs to be able to make outbound calls.

It should be possible using call permissions. However, because the rules are treated as prefixes, your group 100 won't be able to dial any numbers beginning with 200 or 300.

I'd create a call permission group "Only 100" with rules [200 Deny, 300 Deny, default Allow] and assign it to extensions 1xx.
