Is it possible to block internal LogMeIn connections at the Kerio Control firewall level?

This is a Mac and Open Directory environment.

so you want block people from using logmein internally but still allow external connection?

try url blocking with https enabled?
*.logmein.*/
*.logme.in/

otherwise just block all connection to logmein IP addresses.
