I am trying to help a friend fix his employer's router, running Kerio Control version 7.4.2 build 5136 on a Windows 2008 R2 server, Intel i5, four cores, 3.5 GHz, 8 gigs RAM, lots of drive space.

The Windows UPnP and SSDP services are disabled.

Here is what shows up in the ERROR log about every second:

[31/Oct/2013 18:44:09] Failed to start service "UPnP UDP" bound to address x.x.x.113.
[31/Oct/2013 18:44:10] (10013) Socket error: Unable to bind socket for service to port 1900.
[31/Oct/2013 18:44:10] Failed to start service "UPnP UDP" bound to address x.x.x.113.
[31/Oct/2013 18:44:11] (10013) Socket error: Unable to bind socket for service to port 1900.
[31/Oct/2013 18:44:11] Failed to start service "UPnP UDP" bound to address x.x.x.113.
[31/Oct/2013 18:44:12] (10013) Socket error: Unable to bind socket for service to port 1900.

I have replaced the real IP addresses above with x.x.x for security reasons, but this is the IP address of the outside (Internet facing) interface.

I have searched everywhere for the solution to this problem, but I haven't found anything.

Help!!! UPnP is being requested and he can't get it to work.

Thanks
