Hi,

I have a Kerio Operator appliance with some 20 Snom 320 phones connected to it. The appliance itself has the correct time (time zone and NTP-Server are ok), but the phones are still one hour off (daylight saving time). Do I have to reprovision the phones or set the time manually with each phone?

Thanks!

Having the same issue with 821s.

I fixed it by reprovisioning all the phones. I guess the person that installed the phones set the correct timezone after the phones were provisioned. I can tell if my theory holds up in half a year, when we switch back to summer time.

Hello,

the new provisioning in Operator 2.2.0 is configured to resync snoms' configuration every hour, so hopefully it will work all by it self in 6 months from now.

Best

I'm still on Operator 2.1.3 and simply restarting my Snom phones re-syncs the time with Operator.

I can set a scheduled restart of all phones in Configuration > Provisioned Phones.

hth,
