Hi! Just upgraded to 2.2.0 rc2 and found out that my IVR menu works wrong. It has two parts: work hours (09-00 - 21-00) and all the rest of time. Now it always plays the 2nd menu even during work hours! I checked the time and the time zone in KO's settings, everything was correct, ntp enabled with kerio servers.

I even created a new time interval from 00-01 to 23-59 and set it in a new IVR with action1 for matched time and action2 for the rest. It plays action2 all the time. Need your help.

I did a quick test with a day/night menu just now and it works for me (I used 2.2.0 final).

It might be something more complex - can you send your support information file from the System Health screen to me at vtoncar at kerio dot com?

Vladimir

Hi,

please do not use national characters in the name of the Time Range. Type in "Night mode" instead of "Ночной режим".

We will try to resolve this issue in one of the next releases.

Thank you,
Filip
