After some hours of searching we finally menaged to send meeting requests of a shared calendar by using the new delegation function. In our pervious Kerio Connect Version accept or decline answers were send to the user who created the meeting.

for instance: Secretary gets all answers to meeting she created for her boss. The boss didn't get the anwers into his inbox.

with Kerio 8.2.0 all meetig replies are always send to the boss. Is it possible to forward answers to the secretary? (or at least the person who created the meeting?) My boss really annoyed that his inbox is getting spammed with replies to meetings that weren't created by himself. He has the feeling that he misses a meeting (or some Details for a meeting) which was created by himself. This is a big Problem!!!

After we have established a delegation for the secretary, the secretary has access to the complete inbox of the boss, is it possible do deacitvate the access and only forward Meeting replies? How can this be configured?

Sorry, I don't understand your use case.

The boss is not interested in the responses to the meetings organized for him. The secretary shouldn't has the access to his email correspondence.

Why do you use the delegation? Isn't better to let the secretary to create meetings in her own calendar?

The secretary organizes the meeting for her boss but she doesn't attend the meeting. It's not her meeting so it doesn't make sense that she creates the meeting in her calendar. It is impossible to remove herself from the meeting.

The secretary organizes all the meetings for our boss, so it is important that she gets all the replies to meetings she organizes. (Meeting accepted, Meeting declined, answers etc.) If there is something very important she forwards the mail to the boss.

My boss looks in his calendar to find out what meetings are sceduled. But he doesn't want to get spammed with all the replies to meetings he hasn't created himself. But sometimes my boss creates special meetings himself. On this case he wants all the replies on his own address.

We have the same issue and would love for it to be resolved. We have downgraded the kerio client to get back to the old functionality of the creator of the meeting (secretary) receiving the meeting replies for now but doubt this is a long term solution.

I did try voting for the feature but was denied access to the link for some reason.
