So I and many others have asked Kerio to make it so voicemail messages would be auto deleted after being sent via email. I even brought it up during the Partner Webinar about 2.2 last week and was told that it was not in scheduled to be added anytime soon. Well it looks like the programers forgot to tell anyone because it is not in the Release History, Change Log, or Feature List I found but they included it in 2.2 after all! Embarassed

Under Configuration>Voicemail Check the box that says "Do Not Store Messages Locally" Now you no longer need to clear out your mailbox if you check your voicemails by email only!

Would love to see it added as a per user option in the future but this is a great help and shows someone at Kerio is listening to our suggestions!
