Hiho,

we have here a problem on a Server 2012 Terminalserver with Outlook 2013 and KOC.

Some users (5 out of 50) get after 10 Minutes an "Outlook has encounterd a problem and has to restart"-error. After restarting Outlook it appears after 10 minutes again.

We have noticed, that the users who have the problem does not have the Kerio Plugin activated in Outlook after the start of Outlook.

Reinstalling KOC, doesn't solve the problem.

KOC Version 8.2.1

I'm not sure if it's the KOC or Outlook who makes the problem.

Does anyone have informations to solve the problem?
