I asked this 1.5 years ago - maybe in the meantime there are plans to integrate this?

"Is there a possibility to configure a backup (route) for incoming calls? My SIP provider provided me with a main/backup hostname and I'm not seeing an option to configure."

Additionally, it would be great if Operator could be configured to send an e-mail when a connection with the SIP provider fails. If this can be done in another way, would be glad to hear it Razz

Hi,

This is now a candidate feature and will be considered when we start planning the next major version.

Thanks for pointing out to the notification upon SIP interface failure. We will consider it as well, as it has a high number of votes in the Uservoice system.
