I've searched this forum and others on the web, to see how I can change the login screen. I want to add a button from the Godaddy Certificate webbsite, used to secure the webmail.

I followed the steps in this kb article ( http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-connect/email-clients/webm ail/how-do-i-create-a-custom-or-external-login-interface-for -webmail-322.html) and edited the dologin.php file and the loginDialog.inc file, but i can't see any changes on the logon screen. I then tried as a test, to change a image in the img folder, but those changes are also not visible. I obviously cleared the browsers cache, so that cannot be an issue.

Anybody had the same problem yet?

It's 8.2.1 on Windows server 2008r2

Thanks !

Hello Sonic 393,

If you want to edit the actual front page to include a button, you might look at editing the file "Index 2" in \Program Files\Kerio\MailServer\web\webmail

I hope that helps.

Best regards,

Neil.

.....I should add that I recommend you take a copy of the file before editing, and probably best to edit a copy offline. You will need to stop Kerio Connect, replace the file and then start Kerio Connect in order for the changes to take effect.

I found the path, right clicking the mouse on the backgroundimage and selecting (view background image) in Firefox. The image path was then easy to find and editing the image / html code was quickly done..

/weblib/int/login/connect/bg.png

This was a totally different path then what the kerio documentation said, so that's why I had the problem of my changes not being visible..

and these are the files in it:

- bg.png (this picture is being looped and be used for top and bottom)
- bubble.png
- webmail-logo.png

This is for the new webmail, the kb article refers to the old webmail.
