I have tried sharing my calendar in Outlook 2010. Either it is not able to access the folder ( other person's shared calendar ) or if I get it to work the shared calendar says could not be updated.

Any thoughts?

Hello,

First off, let me confirm that you tried to share your calendar by following these steps.

In your Outlook 2010 - got to the calendar pane; select your calendar to be shared in the side bar and right click on it. Come down to "Properties".

Click on the tab "Folder Sharing". Then click the "Add". Type in the email address of the user that you wish to see your folders, and set their permission level.

Now on the other user's Outlook, go to the Mail Pane and right click on their username at the top of the folder list (Not the inbox). Come down to "Properties for [user]".

Click on the tab "Folder Mapping" then the "Configure" button. Click the "Add" button and add yourself in by your email address. Then OK, etc.

That should now be set up correctly.

If it doesn't work, let me know.

Best regards,

Neil.

Tried this but saw nothing but the user at the bottom of the public folder listing without any content.
Also, I did not see anywhere for the calendar to be an option.

Then I suggest you upgrade your Kerio Connect to v8.1.3, and make sure your Outlook 2010 is bang up-to-date.

Then try again.

If still no joy, I would recommend that you raise a support ticket, in order that we can assist you more thoroughly.

Best regards,

Neil.
