Hello
Since we have updated to Kerio 8.2.1 (from 8.1) , some of our users have problems with email synchronization on their mobile devices connected over activesync. They receive all emails with the blank body. The problem is on windows 6,5 device and some android devices. They are old,but were working perfectly until we updated. Most other devices works after update.
Any ideas?

did you try removing those devices on user tab > advanced options? Do they see emails correct in webmail?

So, removing those devices wasn´t helpful, emails were synced without text again.

Hi Guthro,

Can you try setting the client to use plaintext only; not HTML?

Best regards,

Neil.

Hi Guthro,

With regards to the Android devices, which handsets and which version of Android OS are you using?

Have you tried another email client, such as Moxier?

Best regards,

Neil.
