We have the following Use-Case:

We created some Mailing-Lists as Support-Adresses.
When a customer sends a mail to this Address and one or more subscribers have an out of office reply activated, the out of office-replies are send to the customer. Now the customer suggest, that his support mail won't be read until the user(s) are back in office.

As workaround we don't use out of office replies but use Filter-Sets. "IF 'To' Contains 'users-e-mail-address' Send auto reply 'Dear Sir or madam...'.

Whereas out of office replies can be timed ("Send Out of Office messages only in this period") this isn't possible with filter-sets but would be a nice feature.

Or in other words it would be great if Out of Office replies could be configured so that only Mails that are explicitely addressed to the user are answered automatically.

Go to your admin interface and click "suggest idea" to place your feature request Wink You can also vote for requests that are already in there, so a search would make sense Wink
