Hi,
I installed kerio-connect-appliance-8.2-vmware and Kerio Active Directory Extension (kade) in windows server 2012.
My users in AD import correctly into kerio connect but users cannot login to kerio connect.

When I create a new user in Active Directory users and computers the kerio connect wizard appear and after finish the user import automatically into kerio connect but this user can not login too!

I searched kerio forum a lot and some users and manages said /etc/krb5.conf should be adapted but this file is not in my package.
Please help me.

Thank you very much for response.

I read this article but when I want update kerio with this command "apt-get update" Kerio connect has some errors.

Can I download krb5 package manually and then move from SSH and then with this command "apt-get install krb5-clients krb5-config krb5-user" install it?

If it possible Please give link address.

I read this article but /etc/apt/sources.list address was true.

Why don't you post the errors you get from "sudo apt-get update" command? Are you running it with sudo?

I Press Alt+F2 to switch the visible console to another terminal (tty) screen and run this command.

Your DNS is not configured correctly..

- Try to ping any server in the internet.
- What's the configuration of network interfaces? IP addresses? DNS servers?

Now you need to fix IPv6 connectivity in your network. DNS is resolving hostname to IPv6 IP address but the server cannot connect there.
