Hi

We got a problem with a meeting room accepting double bookings (please see the attached images).

The meeting room has a resource manager, it was booked with iCal by both users. One user on OS X 10.8.5, the other on 10.6.8 and we're on Kerio 8.0.0.

Any ideas?

Regards

Sounds like a setting in mailserver.cfg, can you check if "AllowMultipleReservation" is set to 0 or 1?

Can you make a screenshot of the orange meeting room settings in mailserver.cfg ?

If you make any changes to that file, the mail server should be stopped BTW.

Hmm, that should work. Did you stop the server before changing, save the .cfg file and start the server again?

ah ok. Maybe try the following:

- stop the server
- open the .cfg file with TextEdit
- change "AllowMultipleReservation" to 1
- save
- start server

- stop server
- open the .cfg file with TextEdit
- change "AllowMultipleReservation" to 0
- save
- start server
