One of my Kerio Connect users is getting an error message.

The message says, "! Server error

Failed to get item keriostorage://mail/[long uuid]/101562"

With only an [OK] button to click.

Clicking [OK] dismissed the message, but the exact same message returns, with the same UUID.

I'm not sure if this is related or not, but the same users Kerio calendar does not sync with iCal.

Ideas? Sticks to point at it? Links to documentation that searching did not reveal?

Thanks in advance.

Just curious, but was there a resolution to this? I also have 1 user getting this same message at random, even if he's not doing anything. Message just pops up. I don't see anything about it actually logged in the server logs though, so I'm not sure what to do about it.
