Hello, now the latest version KO (2.2.1 build 2435).
Identify problems with incoming calls, they do not fall on the line operators.
Incoming call on the IVR (check in time), then to a waiting line, and can hang there until 30 minutes (queue limit worth 10 minutes), at this moment of all operators available 2.

And in Warning Logs appear here such records:

Добрый день, сейчас установлена последняя версия КО (2.2.1 build 2435).
Выявилась проблема с входящими звонками, они не попадают на операторов очереди.
Поступает входящий звонок на IVR (проверка по времени), потом на линию ожидания, и может там висеть до 30 минут (ограничение очереди стоит 10 минут), в этот момент из всех операторов свободны 2.

Please check that your phones are actually registered and also check that call forwarding is not active on some of the phones.

All phones are registered, and does not have a forwarding three operators, etc.

Hi,

Thanks for the file. Are you 100% sure there's no call forwarding / no call redirect involved? It looks like Asterisk is trying to protect from a redirect loop in this case.

I'm at 100%, as at the time of inspection was near the operator.

The problem now appears. Once the problem occurs try to dump.
Now there was another problem, hang up calls in the queue, the queue all operators logged in, and forwarding is disabled. What could it be?
