Hello

Please see the Technical Specifications to check which cards are supported. Some other cards work as well, but I am pretty skeptical that the USB dongle would be correctly detected.

No idea, we don't have the device. You will have to try it yourself.

For native detection and using with kerio operator would be for advance/experienced user.

Anyhow found a workaround which uses 3rd part party software OKtell sip Gateway(now free) and works with 3CX.
Link:
Search google with "Oktell SIP GSM Gateway. How to obtain SIP GSM gateway 3-5 times cheaply"

Modem and Sip Gateway software is installed on separate system but i cannot seem to make it work with kerio.
There is some specific setting which i am missing.

Regargs.

Do I understand correctly that you you have the dongle attached to another (gateway) machine and want to set up SIP communication between the gateway and Operator? If so, yo might find some inspiration in the KB articles about using Operator with various gateways: http://kb.kerio.com/category/kerio-operator/gateways/
