Hello gurus, sets of full backup successfully installed on a test Linux workstation.

But on a Windows Server, it throws an error "Error occurred during Recovery process Code (14)".

Any ideas why Kerio Software backup does not complete on Windows but works okay on a Linux OS?

Thank you.

if you're migrating backup between various operating systems, see Knowledge Base, how to do it. Linux, Windows and Mac use different paths.

Error 14 is a problem with writing files to the disk. It could be caused by wrong permissions (not run as administrator), overwriting hidden files in destination location or not enough free space.

I recommend to run kmsrecover with "-v" option for more verbose logging. It will show you what file is the problematic one.
For future versions we plan to provide better error logging for such case.
