Our error.log is filling with entries like this, all for one user (account info anonymized):

[05/Dec/2013 08:49:07] FolderIndexTraitsImpl.cpp: Index error in folder ~user<_at_>domain.com/INBOX: Unexpected error 26
[05/Dec/2013 08:49:07] FolderIndexTraitsImpl.cpp: Index error in folder ~user<_at_>domain.com/INBOX: Unexpected error 26
[05/Dec/2013 08:49:07] FolderIndexTraitsImpl.cpp: Index error in folder ~user<_at_>domain.com/INBOX: Cannot open database

I've reindexed the user's mailbox several times in the KC admin console. Each time, the config log reports that one corrupted folder was found and repaired, but the log messages continue.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Yes, the store is a local volume on an external RAID drive.

Can any Kerio staff who visit these forums offer any help?

Hello,

This looks like a corrupted search.fld file in that user's inbox.

Stop Kerio Connect; navigate to that folder and delete that file.

Restart Connect and it will make another one.

Let me know if that does the trick.

Best regards,

Neil.
