where does Kerio store the received Date? Ist it a secret which will be never revealed? Is it possible to change that date? I have plenty of mails with wrong received date and want to correct it. I searched the forum many times, but I only find people with similar problems, but no solution at all.

Hi Thunder,

The date Kerio uses for the received date is the creation date for the email on the file file system. So if you have moved from a different email system to Kerio and copied the emails across this will display the emails with a received date of the day they were copied across.

To the best of my knowledge there is not a way to modify this in Kerio Connect. I do know that the incorrect received date should only be visible in the preview or list of emails but when you actually open the email it should show the correct received date.

If you would like the technical support team to look into this with you feel free to open a support ticket with us at:
